I purchased a Longway fan in August 2025 along with an add-on warranty. Unfortunately, since yesterday, the fan has suddenly stopped working. It got stuck, and the speed gradually dropped, which appears to indicate a motor failure/burning issue.
As the fan was not operational, I had to uninstall it and temporarily replace it with another fan.
This is my first purchase from Longway, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing due to the following reasons:
Fan speed has not been satisfactory since the day of installation.
Motor appears to have failed within one year of purchase.
Heating issue has been observed repeatedly.
Customer care support is difficult to reach, with calls being routed to WhatsApp chat instead of providing direct assistance.
From last 10 days no one has approach to me regarding my issue.
